Heather has exhibited at the Richmond Gallery. London and Malcolm Innes Gallery, London. Born in London, the daughter of Alan Budgett, racehorse breeder and polo player. She studied in England under Nigel Harcourt Lees, and in Florence under Signorina Simi. Her paintings of hounds are much in demand as she has a very close knowledge of their breeding lines and their role in the countryside.
